Responsibilities:
We are seeking a motivated QA Intern who is currently a student to join our team.
As a QA Intern at Thai Air Asia, you will gain hands-on experience in the aviation industry and contribute to various quality assurance activities. You will be responsible for ensuring that our operational processes and systems meet high standards of safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with teams to understand process requirements and quality expectations.
- Identify areas for improvement and report issues.
- Maintain testing documentation and procedures.
- Monitor operational performance for compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Support ad hoc tasks related to quality assurance and operational excellence.
Requirements:
- Currently a student pursuing a degree in relevant fields or related disciplines.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance concepts and methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn.
