Key Responsibilities:
- Record entries (COGS, Payable to suppliers, Revenue, Receivable to customers, Cash Payment/collection, overhead expenditure, advance and reimbursement)
- Coordinate with other departments to verify and clear discrepancies with suppliers.
- Ensure invoice from suppliers meets all local regulations
- Settle OPEX payment on time and no double payment
- VAT reconcile and VAT receipt follow up for further claimable.
- Ask as well as participate in any trainings or upskilling recommended by Finance team leader or you feel relevant to your role
- Support Finance team leader in various projects to expand on your existing knowledge
- Support the Month End closing in countries
