The 49th GMS Tourism Working Group Meeting (TWG-49) was held on 12 May 2022 via videoconference (Zoom). It was chaired by the Ministry of Information, Culture, and Tourism (MICT) of Lao PDR,) and organized/moderated by the Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office (MTCO). It was attended by senior and mid-level officials representing the National Tourism Organizations (NTOs) of the six Greater Mekong Subregion (GMS) countries (Cambodia, People’s Republic of China [PRC], Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Viet Nam), MTCO, and ADB.
