Clear, engaging, and actionable communication has proven critical for COVID-19 crisis management and will remain so during the pandemic recovery phase. Supported by case studies, the publication showcases promising risk communication practices that countries can apply as they transition through stages of the pandemic. It includes a chapter on how to best reach and engage more vulnerable populations. The publication was jointly produced by ADB and McCann Global Health.
