The Rock ViewPoint at Phouphamarn is about a 5-6 hour drive from Vientiane. The following will be provided to the selected candidate for both positions, as they offer the same conditions:

Intern -Sales Representative:
Our company is looking for an Intern -Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. Duties will include sales presentations and product demonstrations, as well as negotiating contracts with potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Generating leads.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Understanding and promoting company programs.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Intern – Guest Experience Manager:
Our company seeks a Intern – Guest Experience Manager to assist in event coordination and ensure our guests have an enjoyable experience. In this role, you help to resolve any guest complaints or issues and ensure employees are properly trained to provide customer service. You may also coordinate with the marketing event coordinator or upper management to work on grassroots marketing or outreach projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as an ambassador for guests at our company
- Help resolve any issues or complaints
- Train employees in customer service
- Create and enforce employee practices and policies
- Assist with PR outreach or grassroots marketing projects
- Complete data entry tasks
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field
- Sufficient experience in a customer-facing role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to present information to and train employees
