Job Description
Learning & Development Intern will serve as a resource supporting the activities and projects of the Learning and Development (L&D) group. He/She will report to the Group Director – Organizational Capability during his/her internship period.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of learning/career roadmaps
- Maintain the Learning and Development Learning Catalog
- Research curriculum/content for courses under development
- Assist in creating and revising e-learning custom content and resources using various online content publishing tools (e.g. HTML, Articulate, Go Animate, Visme, etc)
- Generate Learning reports and indicators to support learning analysis
- Translate analysis into powerful presentations, info graphics
- Prepare and create reports as requested
- Support with learning logistics
- Coordinate assigned L&D Projects with partner departments
- Perform other task that maybe assigned by the Group Director – Organizational Capability
Qualifications:
- Thai nationality
- Studying in Human Resources Management or related field
- Able to start the internship from July 2023 (at least 3 months)
- Good command in both written and spoken English
- Comfortable and confident in interaction with a multi-national team at all levels of colleagues
- Team player with a positive attitude and possesses an open mind
- Excellent computer skill (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and any new channels)
