Job Description
Learning & Development Intern will serve as a resource supporting the activities and projects of the Learning and Development (L&D) group.  He/She will report to the Group Director – Organizational Capability during his/her internship period.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development of learning/career roadmaps
  • Maintain the Learning and Development Learning Catalog
  • Research curriculum/content for courses under development
  • Assist in creating and revising e-learning custom content and resources using various online content publishing tools (e.g. HTML, Articulate, Go Animate, Visme, etc)
  • Generate Learning reports and indicators to support learning analysis 
  • Translate analysis into powerful presentations, info graphics
  • Prepare and create reports as requested
  • Support with learning logistics
  • Coordinate assigned L&D Projects with partner departments
  • Perform other task that maybe assigned by the Group Director – Organizational Capability
Qualifications:
  • Thai nationality
  • Studying in Human Resources Management or related field
  • Able to start the internship from July 2023 (at least 3 months)
  • Good command in both written and spoken English 
  • Comfortable and confident in interaction with a multi-national team at all levels of colleagues
  • Team player with a positive attitude and possesses an open mind
  • Excellent computer skill (MS Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and any new channels)
