Executive Director of MTCO, Ms Suvimol Thanasarakij and Ms Ben Montgomery, Chairperson of PATA Thailand Chapter spoke on the topic “Why is tourism a good career?” at the TVET (Technical and Vocational Education and Training) Capacity Building event at the Bureau of TVET Personnel Competency Development in Bangkok Thailand. The event was organized by Chiangrai Vocational College with the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation Special Fund. The delegates are instructors and teachers from Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand, and Viet Nam.
It was a great opportunity to discuss the human capital challenges in the tourism industry, as well as to learn insights from educators from the fields. Thank you for the invite.
