MTCO ED Participated in the Workshop on the Development of Sustainable Tourism Certification Program for Destinations, and Joined the Pilot Testing.

MTCO Executive Director, Ms Dee Suvimol Thanasarakij, together with the representatives from the GMS Member Countries from public and private sectors, attended the workshop on the development of the Sustainable Tourism Certification Program for Destinations, in the context of Asia with a focus on the Greater Mekong Subregion, during 6-10 December 2023 in Bangkok. The workshop was organized by the Thailand’s Designated Areas for Sustainable Tourism Administration (DASTA) in partnership with Green Destinations, Asian Ecotourism Network and MTCO.
