On February 5-8, 2023, MTCO Executive Director, Ms “Dee” Suvimol Thanasarakij, visited Lijiang for a site inspection, in preparation for the Mekong Tourism Forum, which will take place on April 23-25, 2024 in Lijiang, China. Ms Dee had the productive meetings with the organizing team from Lijiang Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and various hotels.
