We offer 3-6 months Internship programme at Anantara Riverside Bangkok Resort where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspect of F&B functions such as Restaurant Operations, Bar Management, Banquet Operations, Kitchen Operations and F&B Purchasing. You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas & display initiative proactively take additional responsibilities be the role model & be imparting knowledge to others create healthy personal relations at all levels and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact to the Hotel and to yourself.
Qualifications
● Assist in the recruitment process
● Screen resumes and application forms
● Coordinate with job applicants and participate in interviews
● Welcome new staff and introduce them to their work environment
● Update internal databases with new employee information
● Gather payroll data such as working hours, leaves, etc
● Respond to staff inquiries regarding HR-related matters
● Other related duties in the HR department

Internship – Guest Service Agent
Responsibilities:
- Create guest registration cards and confirm any special requests via email and reservations.
- Assist with early check-ins and reserving rooms in advance.
- Ensure clear communication through telephone, written correspondence, and proper messaging.
- Offer the sale of accommodations, food, beverages, and advertise additional services.
- Help manage coffee shop setup and operations, including food and beverage service.
- Coordinate room status updates with housekeeping and kitchen operations.
- Understand and adhere to safety protocols, emergency procedures, and accident prevention policies.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the guest service department and coffee shop area.
- Understand and communicate products and services effectively.
- Assist Koko Star (Guest Service Agent) with PMS/POS system input and closure of shifts.
Internship – Cook
Responsibilities:
- Help with the preparation and cooking of daily menu items in accordance with kitchen operation standards.
- Properly store and maintain inventory for daily kitchen operations.
- Execute and manage tasks promptly.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and overall appearance.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and enforce strict sanitation standards in the kitchen while complying with various guidelines and requirements.
Internship – Housekeeping
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and clean guest bathrooms, bedrooms, hallways, and public areas according to operational standards.
- Replenish supplies and amenities for guests.
- Report any maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.
- Handle guest requests for deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure guest room security and privacy.
- Manage linen and uniform inventory on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Handle laundry and distribution of clean linens to food preparation areas (edited) and retrieve originals as needed.
Requirements:
- Thai National Only, Male/Female
- Studying in hotel and tourism management or related field.
- Having status in university 3rd and 4th Year student.
- Have approval from University/College to work with cover letter from university with signature of advisor from university.
- Having passion to learn new things from Start-up business atmosphere with Friends and Family culture.
- Can be intern for at least 3 months (Accept intern of work any season of year)
- Having strong attitude to work.
- Positive attitude, Self-development mind-set, strong service mind, patient, leadership, flexible and multi-tasking skills.
- Punctuality and team work with creativity.
- Very good in both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill.
- Proficient in general computer knowledge would be prefer.
