About the job

Human Resource Intern role is to provide the supports on learning and development of BROWN effectively and on a timely manner to achieve Business Operation Strategy.
The role will be involved in supporting the learning and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Produce L&D report in a comprehensive manner that could reflect return on investment and return on expectation for every training budget spent.
• Assist in coordinating the learning and development program execution both internally and externally.
• Support the implementation of onboarding programs for all intern to senior executive level and also for all positions in store operation.
• Consistently monitor on the satisfactory feedback of trainees in regards to the timeframe provided, quality of the trainer and training materials.
• Assist in preparation of training program.
• Other task assign by manager.

Qualifications

• At least 3rd or 4th year bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Education (TESOL/IELTS) or other equivalent fields.
• Good English language communication, speaking, presentation and writing.
• Sufficient knowledge on Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words and PowerPoint.
• Able to use Google suite or other digital platforms.

• Conducting keywords research and analysis in Thai to improve ranking of SEO pages.
• Conducting necessary SEO optimization for th.trip.com
• Offering advice to improve UV and orders of SEO pages of th.trip.com
• Supporting in other SEO work.

What you’ll Need to Succeed

• Undergraduates in the field of Marketing, Business, Communications, or other relevant fields are welcome to apply.

• Welcoming new graduates, junior or senior in university whose major are in Business, Project Management or Hotel Management related field.

Responsibilities

Grow the business by developing and implementing all promotional materials and related documentation established for the loyalty program processes on behalf of the brands within Minor Hotels. The position will be responsible for assisting with training new and existing properties, continuously communicating with and supporting the property team members to deliver GHA DISCOVERY program. Minor Hotels, as a member of GHA DISCOVERY program, is part of the world’s largest alliance of independent hotel brands that bring together 40 brands with more than 800 hotels spread across 100 countries in its portfolio. The candidate should have an interest in hospitality industry trends and analyzing key feeder markers, performing related research as required. Direction will be provided to complete all underlying tasks to support the Key Responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the daily operations of GHA DISCOVERY which will include:

• Coordinating and tracking results with hotels using Power BI tool
• Approving content in CMS.
• Creating reports and/or presentations.
• Following up new hotels on GHA marketing submissions.

Assisting in Training or onboarding sessions

• Updating articles on MH Flow
• Assist in promoting Minor Hotels brand awareness and promotions with current partnerships which will include:
• eNewsletter submissions
• Update partner pages and promotions
• Renewal Agreements

Learning opportunities:

• Part of corporate team to plan operational strategies and manage cross functional team on global communications and operations.
• Develop problem solving and analytical thinking skills
• Learn hotel operating tools such as OPERA, CMS
• Learn public speaking with bi-language presentations.
• Partially manage projects and tracking results.
