Illuminated Boat Procession

20-30 October 2023, over the Mekong River, Mueang District, Nakhon Phanom. Beautifully decorated boats float along the Mekong River to pay respect to the Lord Buddha and make offerings to the mythical Naga serpent said to live in the river.
