The 49th GMS Tourism Working Group and MTCO Board Meeting, chaired by Lao PDR’s Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism, organized virtually by Mekong Tourism Coordinating Office (MTCO) was successfully held. The GMS Member Countries, including Cambodia, China, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Thailand and Viet Nam discussed on their reopening plans, what they prepared to welcome tourists back, and the cooperation effort for tourism recovery.
