Steven is ADB’s principal tourism specialist covering Southeast Asia. In this role, he works closely with the government, the private sector, and other development partners to develop and implement sustainable, inclusive and resilient tourism projects and policies. He has also managed ADB’s diverse public investment portfolios in Viet Nam, Thailand, and the Lao PDR.

Pieter is a partner at PwC Indonesia Consulting, with over 20 years experience across logistics, shipping, consumer & retail and other industries. He leads PwC’s procurement, supply chain management and process improvement services in Indonesia and across South East Asia, and has also led projects in Europe, the US, Middle East and Asia. Pieter has led large turn around projects with respect to organization, processes and systems both with public and private companies, including recent logistics and distribution exercises relating to the Covid-19 pandemic.
