MTCO had a meeting with MCT, PR China to plan MTF 2019

Planning the 2019 Mekong Tourism Forum in Dali, scheduled to be held from May 28-30 with the theme of “Tourism – Driver for cultural heritage Preservation and Poverty Alleviation “. Productive discussions of almost four hours with officials from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of PR China and the Yunnan Department of Culture and Tourism. The mission also included meetings in the Ancient Heritage town of Xizhou with Linden Centre, one of the 2019 Experience Mekong Collection Showcases to plan the Xizhou Cultural Immersion Experience during MTF.
