Visitors and volunteers will enjoy experiencing the restaurant cuisine, from Monday through Friday and support unemployed and often uneducated Khmers valuable cooking, hospitality skills, developing their confidence and employment opportunities.

The focus of New Hope is 'free education for all' as the founders recognize the vital role education plays in helping break the cycle of poverty. Therefore, the aims of New Hope Cambodia’s Training Restaurant is to teaching unemployed Khmers valuable cooking and hospitality skills and developing their confidence and employment opportunities.

Business Case

Money generated from the restaurant goes directly to fund the New Hope Cambodia School Education program. To offers free education to children that cannot afford public school fees as well as providing them with uniforms, school bags and all resources necessary for their education.
