GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, coordinate, lead recreational activities, outdoor exploration to all guests. Train and hands-on to local staff, ethnic people.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential:
- Plan, lead and supervise in-house guests with outdoor and indoor recreational activities: boating, biking, trekking…
- Work actively with other staff, supervisors and local community to facilitate a safe and fun, meaningful experiences
- Plan or implement activities and games that are appropriate for the age and ability of the individuals staying at the resort
- Create suitable activities for different audience like students from school camp or teambuilding activities for corporate outing.
- Share other tasks with other team when required, like welcoming guests or solving customer services
- Must maintain good attendance throughout employment. Committed minimum 6 months
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to relate well and work with people with different origin, background, local ethnic.
- Must have a desire to work in nature, accept shortage of luxury commodity and modern lifestyle
- Must be dependable, flexible and responsible.
- Must have good communication skills. English is a must, other languages like French, Spanish, and German are appreciated.
