Position Overview

We offer 6 months Internship programme where you can leverage your learning and develop your skills through all aspect of FO functions such as: Front Office Operations, Guest Service Center, Housekeeping Operations, Reservations and Finance for Front Office You are expected to constantly embrace new ideas and display initiative proactively take additional responsibilities be the role model and be imparting knowledge to others create healthy personal relations at all levels and concentrate time and energy to get the best impact to the Hotel and to yourself.

Responsibilities:
  • Greeting guest; prepare and setup the restaurant before the meal period
  • Serve the food and beverage to the guest
  • Making sure the sideboard of each section clean, refill all the necessary supplies
  • Take orders and answer the guest inquiries whenever possible
  • Fold napkins, making sure the cutlery is clean as to be set in the table
  • Offer the drinks menu and wine menu with certain suggestions and recommendations
  • Perform closing duties in the correct procedure
  • Follow up the guest’s order to ensure the fine dining experience
  • Assist other colleagues when needed to assure smooth operation
  • Additional responsibilities will be delegated by the management
Qualifications:
  • Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
  • Always willing to attend every guest’s needs in compliance with Aman standards
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work with long hours and flexible shift arrangement
  • Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced
  • Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service
  • Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing
  • Excellent communication, listening and computer
  • Must be a team player and proven ability to work with minimal supervision
