AirAsia flies to Sihanoukville

AirAsia will launch direct flights from Bangkok to Sihanoukville in Cambodia, effective 1 July.

To introduce the new four weekly service the airline offers a special promotional fare starting at THB 990 one-way*.

Sihanoukville is Cambodia’s main port town on the Gulf of Thailand coast and is famous for its casinos and resorts at beaches close and the city as well as resorts along the southern coast.

AirAsia Thailand CEO Santisuk Klongchaiya said, “AirAsia continues its expansion. We want to be known for having one of the most extensive networks in Thailand and with the introduction of new destinations like Sihanoukville, we can continue to facilitate tourism and investment opportunities between Thailand and Indochina.”

AirAsia has flights from Bangkok to Phnom Penh, Siem Reap and now Sihanoukville in Cambodia, as well as flights from Phuket to Siem Reap and Phnom Penh.

Located in Cambodia’s southwest, the city is the country’s number one coastal resort town and attracts visitors from Asia and Europe.
