Hotel Development Opportunity in Downtown Vientiane, Laos

Registrations of interest are now being sought for the development of a 75 – 100 room hotel in downtown Vientiane, Laos. The hotel site is located on a prime Mekong riverfront site adjacent to the Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (LANITH).

This project is affiliated with the Lao National Institute of Tourism and Hospitality (LANITH) which is being constructed here in Vientiane with financial support from the Government of Luxembourg in cooperation with the Government of Lao PDR.
